Praying Mantis - Lawn mower
I found this little guy (I assumed he was a male for no reason... hehe) while visiting a friends house. He was crossing the backyard, and he was quite lucky I didn't step over him, as he was so young and small!
I thought it was a good idea to make some macro shots of him, soI picked him up, together with my friend's camera, and we set up a photo shoot! He was very cooperative and he let me hold him for more than 20 minutes without even trying to escape! So I was just moving him around on different sets and took many shots of him.
By the way I was amazed by the kit lens of the Canon EOS 600D! The macro capabilities of it are just perfect!
