At 4000m this lake is really worth seeing. There is the border between Bolivia and Peru. And Its the only place now for the bolivian Marine.

Hotel de Sal
The Hotel de Sal is the only place where you stay in the middle of the salt desert Uyuni. I can recommend it. Especially the sunset is beautiful.

I stayed in the refugio at Lago Minique to do some trekking there. In the night it was really cold. But i was the only "guest" there.
