• The Innes log, a goat's cheese.
  • The stichelton, a very nice blue cheese.
  • Montgomery's cheddar. Classic, a v tasty, with a bit of that pickle.
  • The house pickle. I believe it involved pears. Very nice.

Modern Pantry, Clerkenwell, London

The cheese board at The Modern Pantry, St Johns Square. It's not huge, actually, probably just enough for one person, but all the cheese was tasty and well-kept, and those were nice oatcakes. The right size, in fact.
