Lisbon-Barreiro Ferry Station

Lisbon-Barreiro ferry station. Apparently you can take a train direcly from the airport to the Algarve now. I didn't know, so I said that we would have to take the ferry and catch a train on the other side of the harbor. But it was three hours until the next south-bound train from Barreiro. The trip took 5 hours longer than it would have if I had done my homework. That would be a 'Doh!' Factor 9, Mr Sulu.

I like the shot and the framing but I have to say I find the diagonal line of the railing running off to the right extremely distracting, pulling the whole composition right with it. A little straightening to get the window panes perfectly flat would be the only other thing I would recommend.

I love the birds and the moody shadowy people waiting in the room.

Neat composition. The railing is a little distracting, but that's what was there... A true representation of life.

like very much the picture. nice colors and the way it is so simetric - people, frames, even chains behind the window.

      8/10 Score me group.

      Nice shot!

Yes, you can take a direct train from "Oriente" to "Faro", without taking the ferry...

Very nice shot. I like the symmetric composition and the lighting.
