      There is a street in New Orleans named "Socrates." The locals pronounce it so-crates, without any trace of humor.

      Willie, your comment reminds me of long-ago globetrotting days when we spent a long weekend in N'Orleans. From the airport we instructed the taxi driver to take us to Chartres St, pronouncing it as the cathedral in France. He was lost, for probably the first time in his life.

      Nic, I fear it is only a collection. It doesn't make much sense to me yet - that is why I have not applied the glue.

      Are you un-dada-ing?
      But not gluing it down!?! The temporal-ness of that makes the piece even dadaier! Leave it near an open window and all you have in the morning is this phantom digital shadow of it! Oh you've just given me so many ideas!!!

      And PS: it's a truly lovely un-collage! I like Pink, especially when she''s all done up in those big dots. But she and Socrates...hmmm...what WOULD they say?
