So Long, Lonesome

So Long, Lonesome

Saw a documentary about elephants - marvelous creatures.
Next week it's break and I'm so excited about leaving this dull weather. Skiing and photographing in the alps sounds a lot better than walking around in Stockholm in half-melted snow and rain, if you ask me...

Thank you for watching,

Last Known Surroundings

Last Known Surroundings

I was inspired by an exhibition I was supposed to go to, by Pentti Sammallahti. His work was in b/w only and had a mysterious feel and kind of a "hidden" message. Or no message at all, i.e, you were free to interpret it because not much information but the actual moment photographed was given. A lot of things was left to your imagination. It was also quite melancholic.

Anyhow, I wanted to create something that mirrored my impression of the exhibition and here is what I ended up with.
This must be seen in lightbox. Srsly.
Also, I've started to listen to Explosions In The Sky - an instrumental band, they're just awesome!

Thanks for watching!

Enjoy! (Press "L")

Unattainable

Unattainable

Analog. Film. Yes, there is a light leak.
A friend of mine has counted the days to graduation, there are 121 days in total, but only 55,5 (!) of them are days of school. Which is simply unreal and simply wicked.

Thank you for watching!

SOOMAC (=straight out of my analog camera) hence the lightleak. I tend to upload pictures from the summer lately, I wonder if it's a psychological thing.

Anyhow, thank you for watching.

Works best if u view in "L"arge!

Unusual Sight

Unusual Sight

This place was truly fantastic, my top 5 sunsets, period. And I have seen a loot of them, trust me. The idea and purpose behind this is basically to broaden the mind and imagine things in the "wrong" environment. Oh one more thing, the other day I broke the 20.000 viewers record, which is a beautiful thing.

Thank you for watching!
