I can't help reading these wikipedia donation appeals as either offering a celebrity endorsement of the named concept or as a label for this person.
Does this guy encourage cherry picking? Is he a cherry picker? Does he know it's a fallacy?

Googlebot browses blurry_maps
Reading my nginx access log, I noticed Googlebot was crawling map tiles from my blurry_maps project. Two years ago, my software programmatically downloaded map tiles from Google's servers, and here they are downloading the tiles back from me.
