      I'm glad you took this photo. The other photo I saw only showed this at an angle and I couldn't tell the distance between the bike racks on the south (left) side and the concrete edge. People will have to walk in the grass/gravel (I can't tell what that is) to access the south (left) row of bike racks.

      The shelter, like at many bike parking installations, is nearly useless in this configuration. Precipitation doesn't always fall straight down and if it did, the canopy still wouldn't protect much of the bike (see that exposed seat).
