Mini Patchwork Prism Quilt - Front
Mini version of Anna Maria Horner's Patchwork Prism Quilt. www.annamariahorner.com/janome_me.html
Quilt is approximately 33" x 35"
Fabrics are the Moda Spring 2012 Bella Solids - all 20 colors -
purchased from citycraftonline.com/
Finished height of the Prisms (aka pyramids, equilateral triangles or
60 degree triangles) is 3 1/2" . They were cut from 5"
square charm packs & 4" strips.
For the quilting, I used Aurifil 50 wt. Mako in medium grey (#2605
2DM) purchased from Pink Chalk Fabrics www.pinkchalkfabrics.com/index.php?main_page=product_info...
I normally wouldn't use such a fine thread for quilting, as I usually
prefer to quilt with a heavier wt of thread, but this thread in this
color was perfect for this quilt!
Batting used is Soft Touch Cotton by Fairfield.
The color scheme was inspired by this quilt sotakhandmade.blogspot.com/2012/03/triangle-victory.html
Relied heavily on EQ7 to plan this quilt!

I'm not sure which side I like best--they're both amazing! It's somewhat difficult to see the hexagons on the original prism quilt, so your solid version really makes them stand out. Additionally, the quilting is a joy-filled eyeful!
