thanks, fgr! today's group/theme helped motivate me to get out of bed in time for a morning run. It was 19F, but sunny and perfect.

totw, gratitude: I'm thankful to have a back up pair of running shoes, since my other pair is at work!

    awesome!!

    I did the walk from North Station to work this morning and it was a bit brisk.

    i've got a 4-mile run this Sunday...it's supposed to be 34 and a nasty wintery mix :-( I hpe it holds out like it did last sunday.
