      One thing I've noticed is in photos from the last few years of the original Band, he didn't smile much. I've been to a few of his Midnight Rambles at his house/studio in Woodstock, and he never stopped smiling once. Highly recommend a visit if you get the chance.

      A great talent. And a great shot regardless DG.

      Sycamore Slough String Band (with Robin Sylvester sitting in on bass) sang "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" for Levon last night at Iron Springs Pub.
