I was intrigued by the thumb of this image.
Those little beads looked like they might be
cherries in the smaller version. I don't know
that I have seen a brown candle. Mind you, I
don't really look for coloured candles; that
is my wife's department. I like my candles
white. If I had my way everything in the
house would be white except my livingroom set
which would be brown. -- Seen in my contacts' photos. (?² )

...I'll be MIA for the next week...I'm going
with the NT team to play lawn bowls in the
national competition. Hopefully I will be
able to keep up with my daily shots and will
catch up with everyone in a week or so!

Bron you did a great job with this .. the beads and the lacy effect of the leaf (?) are a bonus.
Gary, I like your fondness for white ...

Superb macro, like the detail in the skeleton leaf.
I agree with Gary, those beads did look like cherries in the thumbprint.

Wonderful candle holder. That lacy looking leaf must look great when there's a candle lit.
