   This is a khimar with a niqab (face veil), if I am right.
   Very similar to the khimar was a cape or cloak, as they have been worn till the 80ies.
   @ HexBlock:
   Come on, let us have some courage.
   Do not fear what you cannot see obviously.
   The only point we can suppose is that this lady will be a believing Muslimah.
   Let us better fear manipulation by media.

   You are right - this is a khimar with faceveil. Khimars exist in different lenghts, this one is pretty long. Usually they are worn with a long skirt beneath like this, some eaven reach to the ground. Unfortunately each form of veil seems to be a "burqa" nowadays - thanks to the media...
