At the end of the sreet in the direction that one is looking in the photo, there was a long wall that surrounded the 'Dust Destreuctor' as it was called. the buildings that are shown were not there. Tuning left at the end took one daown to a tunnel unter the LNER Railway and thereough to the Marshes.
Thanks for putting all this material here, it is nostalgic except for the garbage that I do not recall at all.
