Color on the Cumberland [Explore Front Page]
Long exposure shot (thirteen seconds) of the colorfully illuminated Shelby Street pedestrian bridge in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. And behind it is the Korean War Veterans Memorial Bridge. The waters of the Cumberland River are flowing over their banks here, turning the walkway by the water into what looks like a swimming lane, or some sort of canal lock for boats. Taken on the Olympus OM-D with my new M.Zuiko 45mm f/1.8 lens. This thing is a fantastic little beast.
My 37th photo to make Flickr Explore and ninth on the front page: #14 on 2 February 2013. Thanks again, everyone, for stopping by. Your continued views, comments, favorites, and all of the recent Explore love is greatly appreciated. I hope you have a great weekend!
