HOLLAND, 24DeC05
I didn't know my favorite Kroketts were originally from Holland...but they are totally different from ones made in Japan...no potato inside.

A Dutch woman, who makes her own kroketten, says:
there can be in it, chicken or beef, very fine chopped vegetables, herbes, pepper, salt, bouillon. With flower you make a roue (flower thickens the kroket, like you make goulash) You make litlle rolls of it. Then you roll it through beaten egg, and then through dried fine breadcrumbs and you fry it in hot oil.
Bon appetit!

Maybe the woman is you or your mom? ;-)
I wonder if it's too milky to make a shape to fry...
Or make them cold first before making the shape?
