      Hi, I recently bought the CV 15mm 4.5 and it came with an adapter that doesn't line the lens up correctly on my m6 (it is purely cosmetically, and I can't change the backplate further for better lining up, I already looked it up on the RF websites). Since yours does line up properly I wonder which adapter you are using.
