One of Food & Wine magazine's 2010 Best New Chefs, Jonathon Sawyer of Greenhouse Tavern in Cleveland, Ohio, joins us for a dinner celebrating his new house made vinegars! The chef ferments over 300 gallons at a time in his home basement, and they use them in nearly every dish at their restaurant. They will be available for retail very soon! We first met Jonathon who was our 2010 New York City Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash booth neighbor, and since have welcomed him and his adorable family into MGFD numerous times as a guest. We can't wait to get cooking together...
