Scampi and prawns served with herbs (thyme, rosemary, mint, oregano, savory). Extra virgin olive oil, datterini tomatoes sliced into four. Fried over a high heat for a few minutes. Aromatised with garlic oil and a light covering of tomato sauce. Served hot with croutons and homemade bread.
