Continuing our series of music pictures, we find here the two charming musicians - Violinist Sania Myla Cotta and Lin Lin - receiving the thundering applause from the audience, following an enthralling duet of violin and piano, at the Kala Academy auditorium in Panjim, Goa, in the fabulous Indo-German music fiesta.

Popular Goan violinist Sania Myla Cotta, performing along with her pianist pal Lin Lin, delighted the audience at the Kala Academi auditorium in Panjim, Goa, during the Indo-German concert. The beautiful backdrop was designed by popular artist Sushant Tari and his team.

The Dalgado Konknni Akademi, Goa, kicked off its new bi-monthly programme series BOROVPIAK BHETT (Meet the Author) by featuring popular Koknni novelist-musician Bonaventure D'Pietro from Anjuna on January 27, 2012. The seasoned Konknni writer, who has nearly 14 hit novels to his credit besides several short stories, plays and articles to his credit, narrated what inspired him to write novels and the trail and tribulation travails that followed, during the interesting programme. Subsequently, D'Pietro also answered more pointed question from the members of the audience. Writer Daniel de Souza compered the event which was moderated by DKA president Premanand Lotlikar, with DKA Secretary Jose Salvador on the dais.

Senior Curator of Victoria & Albert Museum, London, released on January 27, 2012, "Moda Goa", a 240-pp book written by Wendell Rodricks, one of India's topmost fashion designers, at Old Goa. Wendell's thoroughly researched book, published by Harper Collins India, documents Goa's rich "tapestry of history and clothing" right from prehistoric times.
