I love these frosty/foggy morning shots. You are very fortunate to live in such a place, and very adept at capturing its beauty.

Excellent. I love mist, just wish where i lived had greater variations in height to get sights like this!

This elicited an involuntary, audible "Wow" from me. Fantastic!

This has some awesome layering, Bitterroot--it reminds me of all the early-morning shots in Yosemite valley with the fog rolling in between the evergreens with half dome dwarfing the "fog sea."

I love this shot. I can feel being there: the cold, the dampness, and that cloud/fog softly oozing through the troughs between the trees.

Hi Brice - glad to hear from you. No, I haven't read The Lochsa Story. I am very interested, however. I will check this out. Thank you for the referral.
