Atlanta (!) and Chattanooga light domes

It might look like the dawn's early light, but that orange glow at bottom left is actually a city's light dome -- specifically, I think it's the light dome of Atlanta, 130 miles away!!

I almost can't believe that -- it seems too far away -- but the brightest part of the light is definitely due south, whereas Chattanooga (a more reasonable 85 miles away) is off to the southwest. And, in terms of cities, there's a whole lot of nothing between this scenic overlook off Foothills Parkway (a.k.a. "Look Rock #1") and Atlanta. So I'm fairly certain that's Atlanta on the left and Chattanooga on the right.

There are also three airplanes in this photo. Keep in mind, this was taken at 4:49 AM. I wonder, where are these people flying at such an hour? Perhaps red-eyes from the West Coast, heading to Atlanta?

20-second exposure, 1600 ISO.
