No Place to Go
Hey... my shadow's going the other way!
Just a picture of a homeless kid playing in the field opposite to our home the other day.
P.S. This is a "lomo" image.

I dont konw why the center of this image looks so bright, but I like the contrast here, and the triangle that the little man is walking in.

The shadow is very good... very crisp and it could belong to an adult, not necessarily that little kid. The triangle is intriguing and the fact that the kid is facing away from the camera makes you wonder what's going on here, what he's doing. The burnout in the middle is a bit unfortunate. I understand that it's a lomo shot, but it's still pretty distracting.

This is a nice capture, love the colors in this shot very earthy looking, and the child is adorable. Only negative is the picture seems a little overexposed in the middle of the shot, which makes the detail of the childs face seem lost into the lighted area. Good shot though!

Others have already noted the bright center -- which I noticed as well -- but I love the title/image combo. 1-2-3

I want to pick up that kid and hug him tight. He is so adorable from back view wonder how cute he is from the front? hehe This is a great shot, I like the view point and the shadow of the kid captured very nicely. I wonder who he was looking at...

I hate the title .. . the kid is facing away from the camera, it is Going somewhere, is bears a straight posure ( dont mind the spelling ) which tells us that it is pretty sure where its going ... if it wud have been a kid - just standing there, looking at something which is not evident.. the titled wud have matched .. anyway . .just my opinion . . this picture has the *thing* in it : ) .. worth a million in USD actually . . .and the burnout thing .. .. hmm. . cant it be removed editing the curves in photoshop ? i believe it can be :D . .
some times. all u need to do with art photographs, is do a lil edit, and thats ur money shot . . ( in case of news photography, u r gonna be shot, if u dont make edits *hugs* )

Thanks for your comment.
The title is meant to be taken metaphorically and not in a concrete way. He is the child of a very poor family and, as a result, might not have a proper place to live or even a future to look forward to.
As for the burnout, it's part of how I envisioned it to be.
