EADD Annual Review and Planning Meeting (ARPM) took place in Rwanda
from 26th November to 3rd December 2011. The three EADD project
countries –Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya- presented 18 month operational plans
and budgets that captured the cost extension and no cost extension
periods. The no cost extension runs from January to June 2012 and cost
extension runs from July 2012 to June 2013. The proposed phase two of
EADD presented plans and budgets to expand project intervention to two
new countries i.e Ethiopia and Tanzania
