A food that fits in any time of the day, is one the heart craves the most. Bringing that love to you is today's menu, "Aloo Tikki". Mashed potatoes well seasoned are molded into a soothing shape. Batter dipped and then hot oil bathed till it tans to the golden brown and has a crispy edged. A squeeze of fresh lemon, a dip in tangy imli chutney and they ready for your gluttonous pleasure.
