Antique Bicycle

I spotted the vintage bike in a store window at Wellston, Ohio. I'm guessing it's a Schwinn Typhoon and could be a half-century old. It reminds me of the bikes that American Pickers pay big bucks for.

 

Can a anyone tell for sure what the make and date is?
