Nortac Jig Set-Up

1. Mark the toptube/ seattube intersect.
2. Measure from the mark on the headtube to the mark seattube and this should be identical to your design.
3. If the measurement doesn't match the design backtrack the process and correct the error. The most common error is the fixture not being level at the start.

A quick and easy way of setting up a Nortac bicycle framebuilding fixture/jig using BB centerline and HT intercept.

1. Make sure the fixture is level. This is key to all the rest of the set-up.
2. Place measured and marked headtube in the fixture slid all the way to the top.
