      Sounds like an interesting digital story Jennifer. Has she published it online anywhere? I've only ever seen the Wikipedia entry on Frank. I try and take his photo every time I see him as he likes being photographed.

      What is the story with him? I saw him at the Chinese New Years parade and SFBuckaroo told he was a local celeb. I then saw and photographed him on Fisherman's Warf Sunday afternoon.
