stranger # 109

    Newer Older

Sophia, favourite all time piece of music Jeff Wayne Eve Of War, War Of The World's Soundtrack.
    Great Marlborough Street Soho London.

I had seen some good people to photograph but they weren't keen to be in the project but I carried on. I decided to go into a vintage clothes shop in Soho and saw Sophia going through the racks of clothes, and thought she would be a great stranger. Sophia was actually working and asked her boss and he said yes and we went outside to take a few photos. With the added distraction of 2 people on a cigarette break from a shop across the street Sophia posed with great ease as the pre Christmas choas passed by, in fact she was almost nonchalant.
I have been to vintage fairs and seen people trying to pull off certain looks but many of them look too obvious but Sophia had the whole look down to a tee and it looked very natural.
Sophia is at University in London studying Art Illustration.
