   well...I'm obviously a great fan of children's photos...and this little girl is probably really cute, but her face is shadowed...the background is dull...and it's generally out of focus...

    My problem is more that the kid looks like she stepped into the frame inadvertently. The instant you've caught for us doesn't enhance the moment in any way, and the girl and her surroundings are doing nothing for each other photographically.
