I thought that I had lost this when I started over and it was one of the few things I had wanted to keep. While prepping for another beginning, I found it packing. Hooray!
A salad from Cooking Light. Instead of seashells I used macaroni and instead of buttermilk and chives I used plain yoghurt thinned with some soy milk, basil, and dijon mustard. I followed the recipe in spirit only I guess
