Patchwork of colours

    EXPLORE # 176 ........ many thanks to everyone again :) :) :)

Evenings walk along Birks Brow at Longridge and with a lovely calm atmosphere across the countryside, a blanket of dreamy golden light and the distant sound of the farmers working the fields ....... the landscape has changed at the moment with all the different shades across the patchwork of fields with the long green meadows ready to be cut, the yellow colour of the empty fields, and the golden tones with the mowed grass ready for baling.
