Guinea pig was one of the best dishes I had when I was recently in Peru (and I thought the food overall was great). The guinea pig I had looked much better than yours did so maybe it probably tasted much better as well.

hsm_9393 - it certainly wasn't little. It was about a foot long. Probably a rat. And I didn't really eat it - I kind of chewed it and hoped I wouldn't spew.
