This is my take on Jason's venerable babydoll. I choose studio lighting, and extra creep via photoshop.

Update: I cleaned up the background slightly. It was pretty bleached out already from the intentional over-exposure, but I found that by removing the slight traces of shadow it gave the image even more "creepy floating head" vibe.
