lost legos 1/3

Found on the street where we live. I'm betting there's one bummed out kid in the neighborhood.

    How sad. I just picked up after my son went to sleep. Found legos everywhere, even in the planter pots.

    For my son's last birthday he received 1500 legos. At first I was vigilant in trying to keep them confined to his bedroom. Slowly but surely the upstairs rooms were overrun with them, and then it wasn't long before the downstairs had been contaminated as well (don't get me wrong, I love playing with legos, but unexpectedly stepping on them, while barefoot, well, that's another story). This lego explosion in our street may be the result of one parent being pushed over the edge, but it does seem a touch extreme.

    Dolphin was right. It looks like the grisly remains of a battlefield. There was no clear winner.

    Have you noticed that at the Lego store at the MOA, you can now by individual pieces to replace lost ones? That's pure genius.

    are you sure those are legos? look at the colors: purple, bright yellow, bright yellow, light green, I think those are Mega Bloks! (In which case, the only tragedy is that someone wasted money on them in the first place.) Pretty sad to find out they arn't Legos, would make me want to throw them in the street!!
