Lavender 3

    Lavender field in Wallington Surrey. Using 3 ND Grad filters gave the sky this interesting colour. Lead in line with lavender and in the clouds.

      This is my favourite of your uploads today. Beautiful colours and looks like it meets the brief to me in terms of rule of thirds, lead in lines. I'm wondering what that structure is and whether it could have been made a more prominant focal point, but that said I do really like this and hope I manage to so something as lovely when I get out there.

      This is very striking with the interesting sky and the colour of the lavender :) I also wonder if the structure can be made more prominent somehow, but a lovely shot all the same!

      Thanks for the comments. The structure is a gazebo with a seating area. I felt that the wider view of the lavender field worked well but I take your point. I may get back there and see how the compsotion looks closer up.
