Archive Love: The View

From atop the Arc de Triomphe, you can see the Eiffel Tower in all its glory. Originally, I didn't care for the image. But, played around with contrast and textures to come up with this. I like it.

Bottle It Up

Our Daily Challenge Assignment: Earth, Wind, Fire. The clouds "movement" demonstrate wind, and obviously the picture is from earth...so I thought it fit the theme. ;-)

We took a walk after work yesterday and watched the sun set. I loved the cool wispy clouds reflecting on the river. If I could bottle them up to take home, I would.

Hey there, little guy...

This was my take on "deliberate blur" for Our Daily Challenge. I used the lowest setting in Aperture, with a thirds focus on. Thus, blurring out the sides of the image. I'm loving this pretty yellow against all that green!
