As I was walking home from Bua Thai where I enjoyed lunch, I saw two guys walking this adorable little puppy along 17th Street, NW. Everyone and I mean everyone, including me, that saw this cute pup stopped to ooh and aah over her and pet her..........she was that sweet! She walked right up to me after I called her name (Lucy) and I found out from her owners that this pup was found as a stray at nine weeks old and was rescued by K-9 Lifesavers, who adopted her out to her current owners. I HAD to take her picture..........isn't she beautiful?

At the spur of the moment, I suggested to a good friend of mine that we have dinner here this evening. I had delicious chicken enchiladas with tomatillo sauce, and my friend had a wonderful tilapia entree with a delicious spicy tomato sauce, otherwise known as tilapia ranchera. And the chips and salsa were to die for-two and half bowls were ravenously and gluttonously consumed! I highly recommend this place, and the dining room was exquisitely decorated!
