   wonderful composition...love the lychees in the background. i have the kitchen aid ice cream maker attachment and haven't used it yet. guess i'll have to try this recipe.

    Sandy: i actually got the ice cream maker attachment a while back but i haven't had the urge to make ice cream lol, except for this one of course :)

    Richard: thank you Richard! you do have to make it, it's really, REALLY good! i'm sorry but i don't have a recipe for lychee icecream but i would suggest using canned lychee with the syrup.

    I love how you used the orange for the green ice cream while in the background a green bowl with an orange lip -- echoes the orange+green theme thing :) great job!
