shepherd's scramble
much how people that are too lazy/unskilled to make omelletes end up with scrambles, I have mashed together the following instead of baking a shepherd's pie:
* big pot: ~6 lbs of boiled red/gold potatoes, jack cheese grated in after water dumped out.
* cast iron skillet: grilled sliced onion, smashed garlic cloves, 4 thinly sliced brauts, salt/pepper/thyme/rosemary. ~1/3 bottle guinness after browning then simmer.
* small pot: boiled sliced cabbage
mash all with milk/butter/salt/pepper in teh big pot
add straus family farms sour cream on top + a little paprika for style when plating
consume
