Now that the snow is flying here in Portland I'm itching for some winter photography. Maybe the Gorge later today...?

In the meantime here's one from last year taken on a morning when the temp hovered just above 0°F.

One quick post before I head back east for the holidays. Yes, Philadelphia and Maryland here I come! I'm actually bring my gear and hope to get out shooting somewhere. Maybe Great Falls....??? Anyway, here's a very unpainted version of Oregon's Painted Hills!

I've been a a black and white kick recently and this guy might just be my favorite. His future might just include a stint on my wall (or yours if you'd like :)

One last look back at fall.... this area is by far my favorite place for autumn colors in the Gorge. I'm already looking forward to returning next year.
