dear Andrea loaned me her pentax camera, and i excitedly (and nervously!) shot a
roll.
today i picked up the disk from our local camera shop(again,
nervously, i had no idea if i really figured out the old style manual
focus!)but when i uploaded the images, my heart delighted in what i
saw. it's not that all the shots are inspired, it's just that i adore
the feeling captured by film, and to see my own film images carrying
that feeling...feels so good.
so for the rest of the week, i'll be sharing film only shots.
(darn, it feels so good to type that!!)

which pentax was it? the m42's are beautiful, and the lenses are a work of art. I adore my pentax 50/f1.4 and 35/f2

I've just been marvelling over Andrea's latest images and directly following in my contacts uploads I see this vision of loveliness. I am feeling so spoilt sharing in all this beauty and to read that you shot this with Andrea's camera . . . well... words can't explain <3 Can't wait to see more of your film shots. How did it feel to shoot film, did it have that nostalgic feel with each click? I keep wanting to go there but so lazy to buy this tiny battery my old camera requires. My first camera needs serious work and will need to go to the repair shop I have a feeling that will have to be a gift because I can't afford to spend money on getting a camera working at this time. I love that Andrea loaned you hers, so sweet. You two are blessed to be so close and share so many similar interests. I love the background old fashioned dreamy background.

Aw, so pretty! Everyone seems to be shooting in film now. :) I borrowed one for awhile, but I kept destroying rolls of film trying to get them out. I love the colors & bokeh here. Looking forward to seeing the others!
