it only lasted @ 24 hours, but it left an impression.
there is something so otherworldly about the silence except for the
crunch underfoot...the way usual things look extraordinarily beautiful
all layered in mother nature's wonder.
i only wish the sun would have come out when the ice was still around,
cause the shimmer would have been magical!
(heck, i am still wishing for the sun to come out, it's been in hiding
for days and days...)
