    The theatre closed its doors on July 15, 2006 and the domain is up for sale. This sign must have been up since then.

      Nice use of black and white. My mom and dad, who grew up in nearby Eagle Lake, occasionally made the drive to Columbus to see movies in the Oaks.

      Went by it a few times here and there,never went in it!!
      The only town on Old Highway 90 with an Operational Theater is Schulenburg!!
