      hi Millissa! i bought those chairs 5 years ago at a local furniture shop in Guadalajara, México..but I saw chairs like mine at Etsy, you can see them here:

      the chairs have a very simple construction, but i don't know if exist any blog or web site with a tutorial to make them.

      Absolute love! Ana-White has some plans on her site for building the wooden part of the chair.

      It's a child-sized version, but I'm sure would be easy enough to scale up.
