I love this. I'm always afraid that famous visual icons are already so milked out photographically, that it's impossible to make a staggering shot of it that compliments their beauty. You just show that it's still possible. Love it!

Pimbert, thanks for the kind words, and yes we can make incons look different in a great way still!

You sir are the King with this shot. Very unusual and unique.

    32. Joey Z1 (16 months ago | reply)

For this shot I used a Pentex ME film camera with one of last rolls of Kodachrome 64 asa. Wide angle lens, taken just after sunrise on a very unusually cold & cloudy Parisian day.

APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY TO YOUR QUESTION BUT I USED A PENTEX 35 MM ME CAMERA, USING KODACHROME 64 ASA FILM. IT WAS TAKEN AROUND 8:00 AM ON AN UNUSUALLY COLD MORNING 30 DEGREES F.

      GLAD YOU ENJOYED THE SHOT.

Abby thank you for your generous comments on this unique Parisian winter scene. Have you been there? One of my favorite cities. But this indeed is an inconic shot due to the weather, an unusually cold winter morning, below freezing with fog in the background. I used a Pentex ME 35mm camera with 64 asa Kodachrome film.
      Thanks again.
