      I think signmakers usually black out the neon tubing between letters, but in this case not doing that actually makes it look cooler, IMO.

      Thanks guys - this is one of those places that really evokes memories of the past.

      @rchrdcnnnghm - it was eggs, sausage, and cheese I believe. They don't have a deep fryer so no hash browns (or french fries).

      @landseer312 - yes the neon tubing between the letters should be painted black; you can see it flaking off in many old signs. It's a forgotten element in many of the remakes.

      @theamericanroadside - just think how bright at night all of the downtowns used to be with all of the neon signs that used to exist.
