      Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls [though we bought them at a Thai Food stand...] This one was vegetarian and contained rice noodles, mint, basil, shiitake mushrooms, and jicama. It was all topped off with the most delicious peanut sauce and hot chili sauce surrounded the plate.
