I'm curious about the lil gem squashes. I plan to fill the hollowed halves with corn pudding and bake until creamy. The carrots are destined to unite with the beef blade roast that I got at Green Gate Farm for boeuf aux carottes.
The pink elephant in the room is once again a kabocha I bought at Healthy Butcher down the street. It is not part of the CSA share obviously. However, I enjoyed the one I got two weeks ago soooo much that I have to get another one.
