This is a cake that I made for Halloween with a zombie hand clawing its way out of the grave. Despite its unappetitizing appearance, the cake is actually very delicious with a flourless Grand Marnier chocolate cake and dark chocolate glaze. The fingers are made with marzipan. Thank you cupcaketastic & zipopet! As far as "cake decorating" goes, this one is super easy to make and you can even get little kids to help out too. Shaping the marzipan fingers is much easier than I thought. In fact, the most challenging (if you can call it that) part of this cake is to glaze the cake.
